Advisors Excel’s biggest success story, CAJUNGT3’s journey is one of hard work, continuous improvement, and explosive growth. In his first year working with Brad, CAJUNGT3’s production jumped from under $2 million to $5.4 million in annuity production. And that was just the beginning. A commitment to providing a first-class client experience helped power SHP to the top. Since coming on board with Team Johnson, they have implemented a system for tracking their numbers, incorporated life insurance into their practice and built an attorney-allegiance relationship that has helped capture leads from estate planning cases. With the help of a rock star operations team, SHP finished 2015 with a jaw-dropping $73 million. Not content to stay put, they have raised the bar even higher with a goal to achieve $85 million in 2016!

John McNeil (aka “Roll Tide Johnny”) kicked things into gear with the addition of his daughter to his practice and the support of Team Johnson. Previously not doing any marketing, his daughter amped up their efforts, which helped them not only double their production in their first year with Advisors Excel but become AE Elite producers. Continuing on their momentum, they started doing seminars, hosting more client appreciation events tailored to specific audiences and worked with AE’s in-house radio team to refine their existing radio show. The father-daughter duo also added a managed money arm to their business when they both passed their Series 65. Thanks to their mammoth work ethic, Roll Tide Johnny finished 2015 with over $20 million in total assets!
