Because your privacy is important to us, we request that you carefully read and review this Notice before using our Online Platforms. By viewing, accessing or utilizing our Online Platforms in any way, you are agreeing to our use, collection and sharing of your information and data in the ways described in this Notice. Additionally, viewing, accessing, or utilizing the Online Platforms on behalf of another individual or on behalf of an entity is your representation that you are authorized to accept this Notice on behalf of such individual or entity.

What type of information do we collect?

We may collect information automatically from you when you visit our Online Platforms. Automatically collected information may include data about your computer or mobile phone hardware and software, including: computer or device type, operating system version, IP address, browser type and version, domain names, access times, pages viewed, referring websites, links clicked, crash logs, searches conducted, general geographic location, and the website visited before or after our Online Platforms. We use this information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Online Platforms and to help ensure they function as intended. Emails sent by us or by our service providers on our behalf may contain technologies that collect similar information to confirm delivery, measure engagement, and diagnose issues.

We may also use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or other technologies to collect and store other information about your visit to, or use of, our Online Platforms. Cookies are small data files; pixels are small pieces of code or images that track user interactions; web beacons are electronic files embedded in a webpage or email that measure usage and may place a persistent cookie. They contain information that, among other things, permits websites to retain certain information, including user preferences. We may use cookies to personalize and improve your experience on our Online Platforms, as well as to analyze our Online Platforms’ performance, among other things. It may be possible to limit or disable cookies within your browser settings, though these choices may impact proper functionality of the Online Platforms. We may use pixels, for example, to count users who have visited our Online Platforms or for other related statistics.

Additionally, at times, we may ask you for information about yourself, where collecting such information will help us to provide services to you. We may collect and/or ask you directly to provide, among other things, your name, job title, employer, company affiliation, physical and/or mailing address, Social Security number, e-mail address and/or phone number. If you upload a profile picture or otherwise engage with social features, we may also collect that information.

If you provide your mobile phone number through our Online Platforms, you consent to receive SMS or text messages from us. These may include updates about your account, service notifications, marketing messages, and other business-related communications. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan, and message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Other reasonable revocation methods will also be honored by law.

We do not knowingly solicit information from consumers under eighteen (18) years of age and we do not knowingly market our products or services to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.

We retain your personal information as permitted or required by our internal policies and procedures, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that if you access third-party websites through our Online Platforms, we are not responsible for those third-party websites or their respective privacy policies.

Analytics and Internet-Based Advertising

We use Google Analytics to collect, analyze, audit, research and report on the cookies and web beacons described above. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google, Inc. that tracks and reports website traffic. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Google may also share the collected data with other Google services. You can opt out of making your activity available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about your activity. We also use AdvizorPro’s services to track users who visit our Online Platforms. AdvizorPro’s privacy policy may be accessed at the following link: https://www.advizorpro.com/privacy-policy/.
